• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
• Exchanges are accepted for eligible products.
• All products must be new and unused to qualify for a return or exchange.
• The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Method & Fees

• Returns should be sent by mail.
• A pre-paid return label is included in your package (free of charge).
• There are no restocking fees for returns.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
